Gently peel the strip away from one corner in the morning. Our adhesive is designed to remove cleanly, without residue or discomfort.

Apply to clean, dry skin before bed. For Mouth Tape, place a single strip vertically across gently closed lips. For Nose Tape, press the strip firmly across the bridge of your nose. Both are designed to stay comfortably in place overnight and peel away cleanly in the morning.

We wouldn't recommend it. Mouth Tape works by encouraging nasal breathing, so if your nose is significantly congested — from a cold, flu, or allergies — it's best to wait until it clears, or use Nose Tape on its own to help ease the congestion first.
